20 Minute Discovery Call

All new clients will have a discovery call. This is a really import part of the compatibility process for both of us. If I don't feel I am the right counsellor I offer a referral to other counsellors/directories.  I will ask you about what you're looking for in therapy; if you have had therapy before; what those experiences were like for you; and what in your life you wish to change. You can then ask me anything about how I work and what to expect from the sessions.

Session Fees

I now work exclusively online via Microsoft Teams and am insured to work with clients worldwide.

 

Sessions are £60 and last 50 minutes. Longer sessions can be arranged if needed and are charged on a pro-rated basis.

I review my fees every April. 

 

Availability

I currently offer daytime sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and do not work evenings. Please contact me directly to check my current availability.​
