I'm Philippa, a fully qualified and registered (BACP) psychological therapist working with adults in Gravesend and online. I'm making it my mission to dismantle stereotypes around mental health, supporting people in their most distressing times to feel supported and heard.
As a therapeutic counsellor I work with a range of issues, but have a particular interest in neurodiversity. I recognise and embrace individual differences in the therapy room, and am committed to providing a respectful, inclusive and accessible service. I strive to ensure that each person's unique strengths and challenges are understood and valued.

Qualifications
Level 4 Diploma Therapeutic Counselling (CPCAB)
Level 2 & 3 Certificate Counselling Skills and Theory
PG Cert Applied Positive Psychology (Distinction)
BSc (Hons) Psychology (First Class)
I hold an Enhanced DBS (yearly update registered), am fully insured and registered with the ICO.
Fees
Sessions are £60 for 50 minutes. Payment is due 24 hours before the start of your session by bank transfer.
